Purpose:
Purpose of Report: To inform the Cabinet Member that Dunnington Parish Council have formally submitted a Neighbourhood Plan. The Council has publicised the application as part of its statutory duty. Further work to follow towards adoption of Plan.
The Cabinet Member is asked to consider and if appropriate approve area boundary for production of a Neighbourhood Plan.
The reason this item has been moved to a public Decision Session to take place on Monday 16September is to allow for further consultation to take place.
Decision:
Resolved: That the Cabinet Member approved the formal application of the Dunnington Neighbourhood Plan including the proposed boundary as attached at Annex A of the report.
Reason: To enable the plan to progress.
