Purpose:
Purpose of the Report: Inform the Cabinet Member of the outturn position for schemes in the 2012/13 CES Capital Programme, including the spend to 31 March 2013 and any variations between the budget and the outturn, and the progress of schemes in the year.
Members are asked to: Note the progress in delivering schemes, and approve the proposed funding carryovers.
This decision will be taken at a public Cabinet Member Decision Session on 20 June.
Decision:
RESOLVED: That the Cabinet Member
(i) Noted the progress achieved in delivering the schemes in the capital programme as indicated in the report annex.
(ii) Approved the proposed carryovers as outlined in paragraphs 18 to 244 of the report, subject to approval of the Cabinet.
REASON: To enable to effective management and monitoring of the councils capital programme.
