Tenant Arrears over £5k.
Decision:
RESOLVED: That Option 2, to write off former tenant arrears of £11,675.02 as detailed in Annex A, be approved.
REASON: This is in line with the recommendations of the audit report detailed in paragraph 1 and also for the financial implications listed in the officer’s report.
