Purpose:

Purpose of report: To seek approval for the release of Section 106 funds and to enable ward members to input into current and future schemes.

The Cabinet Member is asked to: Agree the current work programme and to suggest suitable uses for future funding.

Decision:

RESOLVED: 

 

(i)            That the use of section 106 funds on those schemes identified in Annex 1 of the report be approved.

 

(ii)          That the suggestions for further and/or alternative schemes for inclusion in Annex 1 of the report be delegated to officers.

 

(iii)         That further updates be given on an annual basis.

 

Reason: To meet the ambitions of the Local Development Framework and the legal requirements of each section 106 payment agreed by the Council.
