Purpose of Report: This report presents the minutes of recent meetings of the Young People's Working Group, the Local Development Framework Working Group, the Equality Advisory Group and the Mayoralty Advisory Group and asks Members to consider the advice given by the groups in their capacity as advisory bodies to the Executive.
Members are asked to: Note the minutes and decide whether they wish to approve the specific recommendations made by the Working Groups, and/or respond to any of the advice offered by the Working Groups.

RESOLVED: That the minutes be noted and that the specific recommendations made by the Local Development Framework Working Group, including the amendments referred to in paragraph 6 of the report, be approved.

REASON:      In accordance with the requirements of the Council’s Constitution in relation to the role of Working Groups, and for the reasons set out in Minute 40 of the LDF Working Group minutes at Annex A to the report.
