Purpose:
Purpose of report: the report presents 2008/09
Service Plans for Children's Services. Monitoring of measures and
actions will be undertaken throughout the year and the results
presented to EMAP's in September, December with an annual out turn
report in June.
Members are asked to: Note and comment on the content of plans and
to consider how these might influence any budget considerations
outlined in the Directorate's 2008/09 revenue budget
report.

That the Executive Members for Children’s Services and Youth and Social Inclusion be advised to:
· Approve the Service Plans

RESOLVED: That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.
REASON: In order to ensure that managers in Learning, Culture and Children’s Services are in a position to implement the strategic priorities for the directorate.
