Purpose:
Members will be asked to select appropriate
options for the future management of the commercial property
portfolio from 2008/09 onwards. Tenants of commercial properties
may be affected by the Member decision.

Advice of the Advisory Panel
That the Executive Member be advised that:
(i) The report be received and noted as an introduction to the full strategic review of the commercial portfolio to be presented to the next meeting.
(ii) The views of Members expressed at this meeting be taken on board and addressed in the full review.
Decision of the Executive Member
RESOLVED:That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.
REASON:To provide an input into the commercial property review and inform the full report due at the next meeting.
