Decision: To grant a license to English
Heritage to occupy the land identified by hatching on the attached
plan from the 30th July 2020 until 31st March 2021 for the purpose
of providing Covid 19 Public Health measures.
Reason for the Decision: Having completed the attached risk
assessment and in order to facilitate social distancing measures
and hand sanitizer provision English Heritage have requested a
license to occupy a piece of CYC land at the base of
Clifford’s Tower.

outlined.
