On 12th August 2019 a joint Executive Member
decision was made to extend ‘Improving Finances, Improving
Lives’ grants. As per the report and decision – Service
Level Agreements have been finalised and costed. In 4 cases the
amounts have changed and are lower than those originally approved.
The changes and final awards are shown on the accompanying
document.
The main reason for differences are that a couple of projects had
been paused so the amount required to extend was less than would
have been the case originally, and Experience Counts will provide
one further programme – their costs are on a per programme
basis not a pro-rata like the others.
