Purpose of Report: To provide Members with an update on the treasury management position.

Members are asked to note the issues and approve any adjustments as required to the prudential indicators or strategy.

To have a more even reporting cycle during the financial year this item has been deferred from 13 October Executive to 24 November.

Resolved:  That, in accordance with the Local Government Act 2003 (revised), Executive agree to note the:

(i)           Treasury Management activities to date in 2016/17;

(ii)      Prudential Indicators set out at Annex A of the report and note the compliance with all indicators.

Reason: To ensure the continued performance of the Council’s Treasury Management function.
