Purpose:
Purpose of Report: To
set out the proposed 2016/17 programme of works to be delivered
using the City and Environmental Services Capital Programme
budget.
The Executive Member is asked to approve the proposed programme of
schemes to be delivered in 2016/17.
To allow the Heslington Neighbourhood Plan results to meet the statutory timeframe, the Executive Member for Transport and Planning Decision Session has been moved from 8 April to 14 April 2016.
Decision:
Resolved: That the Executive Member approves the proposed 2016/17 City and Environmental Services Transport Capital Programme as set out in the report and Annexes 1 and 2.
Reason: To implement the Council’s transport strategy identified in York’s third Local Transport Plan and the Council Priorities and deliver schemes identified in the Council’s Transport Programme.
