Purpose of Report: To present a petition submitted by Councillor Sue Hunter, Ward Member for Westfield Ward, requesting the alleyways between 30-38 Gale Lane, 1-9 Bachelor Hill and to the rear of 11-15 Bachelor Hill be gated for reasons for security.
The Executive Member is asked to consider how to progress the petition request.

Resolved: That the Executive Member agreed:
Not to progress the petition request at this time, but add the two alleyways in questions to the list of other alley-gating requests to be prioritised accordingly.
Reason: The requirements of the legislation are not currently being met in this instance.
