The Tender exercise was carried out in conjunction with Commercial
Procurement Construction category.
Bids were invited from Contractors on the Northern Housing
Consortium Lot 1 Framework for Asbestos Surveys, Air
Monitoring.
Bid evaluation was carried out by two Officers within Building
Services and a member of the Service Inspector panel.

Schedule of Rates extrapolated across notional quantities was the

Asbestos Register based on surveys carried out to CYC
stock.
