Approval is granted to extend the cycle facilities provided by the improvements to the A1237/A59 roundabout. The footway would be widened through to the Beckfield Lane junction and all crossing points at the junction upgraded to allow them to be used by cyclists (as outlined in Annex D)

Options Considered:

1. Approve the proposals shown in Annex C for implementation.
2. Approve the proposals shown in Annex C for implementation, with any changed considered necessary (now Annex D)
3. Do Nothing

Options Rejected:

Option 1 and 3 were rejected.
