Purpose of report:to provide members with the
third and final report of the year on performance against a set of
agreed key indicators and major projects and information on
budgetary management.
Members are asked to:approve the report.

Advice of the Advisory Panel
That the Executive Member be advised:
(i) That the financial and service performance reported be noted;
(ii) That the year end financial situation be noted;
(iii) That the improvement in performance achievements be noted;
(iv) That officers across the directorate be thanked for their hard work;
(v) That the carry forward requests be approved to go forward to the Executive.
Decision of the Executive Member
RESOLVED:That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.
REASON:In accordance with budgetary and performance monitoring procedures.
