The Executive Member is asked to consider the objection and
implement the scheme as advertised.
Decision:
Resolved: That the proposal be implemented as advertised. A residential disabled parking bay to be provided should any resident affected require this amenity at the time of the works.
Reason: To facilitate the agreed highway works identified within the planning process whilst taking into account the special needs of any resident most affected by the works.
