Purpose of Report: To provide the annual treasury management review of activities and the actual prudential and treasury indicators.

Members are asked to note the issues and approve any adjustments as required to the prudential indicators or strategy.

Due to an administrative inputting error this item should be considered by Executive on 14 July 2016 and not 11 February 2016.

This item has been brought forward for consideration at the June Executive meeting as the information will be available earlier than anticipated.

Resolved: That the Executive:

(i)           Note the 2015/16 performance of treasury management activity and

(ii)          Note the compliance with and movements of the prudential indicators as set out in Annex A of the report.

Reason:   To ensure the continued performance of the Council’s treasury management function can be monitored.
