This report provides an update on the proposed joint Upper and
Nether Poppleton Neighbourhood Plan.
The Cabinet Member is asked to approve the formal application to
allow the plan to progress.
This decision will be taken at a public Cabinet Member decision session on 13 October 2014.

That the Cabinet Member:
i. Approved the Upper and Nether Poppleton Neighbourhood Plan application including the proposed boundary as per Option 1.
Reason: It is a statutory requirement to support preparation of this plan.
