Purpose of the report: Make adjustments to
scheme allocations to take account of progress on schemes to date,
and the latest cost estimates and delivery projections.
The Cabinet Member will be asked to: Approve amendments to the
2011/12 City Strategy Capital Programme.
Decision:
RESOLVED: (i) That the adjustments to scheme allocations
set out in Annexes 1 to 3 of the report be approved.
(ii) That the reduction to the 2011/12 City
Strategy capital budget be approved, subject to the approval of Cabinet.
REASON: To enable the effective management and monitoring of the council’s capital programme.
