Purpose of Report: To
inform the Executive Member of the outcome of formal enforcement
action taken in accordance with the enforcement policy for
environmental health, trading standards and licensing services in
the period 1st October - 31st December 2010.
The Executive Member is asked to: Review prosecution work and
approve the continuation of the current policy on legal
actions.
Decision:
RESOLVED: That the Executive Member approved the report and the continuation of the current policy.
REASON: So that the Executive Member reviews formal enforcement activity undertaken by Environmental Health, Trading Standards, and Licensing Services.
