Purpose of report: This report summarises the findings of the Annual Performance Assessments for both Adult Social Care and Children's Services as completed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and OFSTED respectively. The report will highlight our response to any areas of improvement.

RESOLVED: That the contents of these key assessments be noted and that the outcomes described and the further improvement work planned be welcomed.
