Purpose of report: To present the outturn to
members in accordance with Council's financial regulatins and
approve any slippage to future years. Final accounts must be
presented to Executive by end of June.
Members are asked to: Approve any changes or slippage to the HASS
capital programme for 2007/08 and 2008/09

Advice of Advisory Panel
That the Executive Member be advised to:
(i) Note the out-turn position of the Housing and Adult Social Services Capital Programme, as set out in the report;
(ii) Refer the slippage of £165k on Housing and £77k on Social Services to the Executive for approval.

RESOLVED: That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.
REASON: For information, and in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution and Financial Regulations.
