Consultation process
An initial overview of the project was
presented to the Executive Member, and it was agreed that the
project could proceed with a works notice to Stakeholders in place
of the standard TSAR Consultation.
Information regarding the project was circulated to TSAR
internal/external Stakeholders on 30/06/2026
The project and the responses received from stakeholders were
presented to the Executive Member and Ward Councillors on
22/07/2026. They supported the works as proposed and agreed that
the project could proceed under Chief Officer Decision.
Planning for further correspondence as the scheme progresses is
underway. With a Works Notice to Stakeholders and letters to
residents to be issued ahead of construction.
