Consultation process

Consultation was carried out with local residents, businesses and road user organisations, including bus operators and cycling organisations.

The TRO was formally advertised on the 18th January 2013 for three weeks. Notices were placed on site, advertised in the York Press and letters sent to local residents. Other statutory consultees, such as emergency services and councillors were consulted. This also included local cycling organisations.
