Agreed to approve the making of the traffic
regulation order advertised on the 18th January 2013 permitting
cyclists to travel contra-flow (north east) on Tanner Row. This
agreement is subject to close monitoring and an another road safety
audit taking place once operational.
Options Considered:
Option A - Approve the TRO to be made with no
changes to the proposed design, as shown in Annex A.
Option B - Amend the TRO and approve the revised order.
Option C - Do not implement the TRO.
