Consultation process

Consultation will take place with the publication of a Notice under s122 of the Local Government Act 1972 in the York Press in two consecutive weeks which will state that an area of Bootham Stray will be changed in use from public open space to a highway which will give York residents an opportunity to make their comments (within a period of 28 days from the date on which the Notice is first published). Any comments received would be reported to the Executive Member.
