York Central Master Plan and Partnership Agreement
Purpose of Report: To provide an update on the significant progress
made toward the delivery of York Central. The report will present
the findings from the recent masterplan exhibition and community
engagement and consider a revised masterplan. The report will also
set out the key roles for the Council and York Central Partners in
the form of a Memorandum of Understanding.
What will the report ask Members to do:
• To agree the recommended YCP masterplan be submitted as an
outline planning application, having taken account of the recent
exhibition and community engagement feedback.
• To agree a Memorandum of Understanding between the York
Central partnership, setting out the relationship between the
partner organisations
