Haxby Hall: Option Appraisal and Business Case to Secure the Long-Term Delivery of Older Persons' Care on this Site.

Purpose of Report: To provide Members with an examination of options for the long term future of Haxby Hall, including seeking a partner to operate and redevelop as an alternative to consultation on closure, and to present for approval a business case which will secure the long-term delivery of older persons’ care on this site.
