Consultation process
To take forward changes to a speed limit,
formal consultation would have to be carried out in line with the
Traffic Regulation Order consultation procedure. The proposals
would have to be advertised for a 3 week period allowing groups or
individuals opportunity to make representation. Any formal
objections would be brought back to a subsequent Decision Session
meeting for consideration.
