||During a personally funded holiday to Cork to visit relatives, in order to support links with councils in neighbouring EU countries, Cllr Fenton and Cllr Waller visited the offices of Cork City Council to meet officers from the Environment and Recreation Department. A short meeting with the Lord Mayor of Cork, and council Chief Executive took place at which two sets of pen and pencil gifts were received in an exchange of gifts purchased by Cllr Fenton and Cllr Waller.

||During a personally funded holiday to York’s twin city of Münster, Germany Cllr Fenton and Cllr Waller visited the offices of Münster Council and bus depot (for which the Münster council paid for a taxi fare between the city centre and bus depot) . During the visit Cllrs Fenton and Waller were guests at the home of Cllr Frank Baumann and on one evening had a meal at the home of Cllr Marianne Koch.

||I received a lengthy telephone survey by ‘Britain Thinks’ for my views on Local Enterprise Partnerships, perception of Financial Sector, and Brexit. I was informed that a donation of £50 would be made to the Island Charity in York for this survey and I understand that this has been received, no funds were received directly by me for the survey.
