Public Participation

At this point in the meeting members of the public who have registered to speak can do so. Members of the public may speak on agenda items or on matters within the remit of the committee.

 

Please note that our registration deadlines have changed to 2 working days before the meeting, in order to facilitate the management of public participation at remote meetings.  The deadline for registering at this meeting is 5:00pm on Thursday 6 August 2020. 

 

To register to speak please contact Democratic Services, on the details at the foot of the agenda. You will then be advised on the procedures for dialling into the remote meeting.

The Committee are to receive an update on Devolution proposals together with the report that was considered by the Executive at its meeting on 23 July 2020.

Update from the Director of Public Health

The Director of Public Health will provide the Committee with a verbal update at the meeting in relation to Covid 19 issues.

Finance and Performance Update

The Head of Corporate Finance & Commercial Procurement (interim s151 officer) will provide the Committee with a finance and performance update relating to the 2019/20 outturn.

7.

Urgent Business

Any other business which the Chair considers urgent under the Local Government Act 1972.
