Private Rental Sector PDF 217 KB Members will receive a paper which advises what actions the Housing Standards and Adaptations service carry out to improve the Private Rented Sector (PRS). This paper should be read in conjunction with the 25th November 2019 Scrutiny paper at Annex 1, which provided an update about the extension of licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs).
