Note: This meeting will only go ahead if the Customer & Corporate Services Scrutiny Management Committee (Calling In), which will meet on Tuesday, 21 August, resolves to ask the Executive to reconsider its original decisions on the called-in item.

Public Participation

It is at this point in the meeting that members of the public who have registered to speak can do so.  The deadline for registering is 5.00pm on Wednesday, 29 August 2018.  Members of the public can speak on agenda items or matters within the remit of the committee.

Called-in Item: Housing Delivery Programme

To reconsider the decisions taken at the Executive meeting on 12 July 2018regarding the above item, if requested to do so by the Customer and Corporate and Scrutiny Management Committee (Calling In) at their meeting on 21 August 2018 (report to follow only if the item is referred back to the Executive for re-consideration by CSMC (Calling In). If the item is not referred back there will no requirement for this meeting to take place).

Any other business which the Chair considers urgent under the Local Government Act 1972.
