Director agreed for CYC to enter into contract
to award a car parking concession agreement for the use of the
Monks Cross park and ride by the cinema operator at the New Stadium
Leisure Complex once constructed.
The contract gives agreement that the cinema operator may use the
park and ride Car Park on an evening out of hours of normal
operation for the benefit of its customers if required.
This contract agrees we will enter into such an agreement if and
when the site and cinema are complete and in full operation.
