The following points have been raised regarding the minutes from the previous meeting:
2.1 CYC to look through questionnaire and discuss which parts will be published.
2.2 Meeting request is current in the diary with the combined authority and question will be raised on inviting the mayor to future EP forum meetings.
2.7 MM going to investigate terminal loops and how it will work with charging customers, first are going to proactively advertise Tap off on the buses.
4.2 Statistic reporting still to be investigated by CYC.
4.3 CYC requesting all to send over small scale bus infrastructure measures to help improve network. CT suggested extending Tadcaster road bus lane to Knavesmire road, this will allow buses to get into bus lane and avoid sitting in traffic.
4.5 All Park and ride sites are covered by Parking orders, If First colleagues are aware someone is parking on the site not the intended use this can get reported and traffic enforcement will enforce.
6.3 DH provided costs for bus stop repairs. AM asked if CYC can ask JCDecaux for the costs for repairs, SFr explained this may not be shared due to confidentiality reasons but CYC can ask.
7.2 MM has had team out to trial new audio announcements and there has been success with this. Should be completed by this weekend, Feedback is welcomed on this. |

Cllr SF asked if the implementation for the projects are aligning with the local transport strategy. Cllr KR has confirmed the projects that are in progress are supporting the movement and place plan and is not something that will be undone later. |

Mobility Scooter Training. |
4.1 |
Cllr KR raised when using the bus there was a passenger who tried to gain access to the bus in a mobility scooter but was refused due to not having the correct pass, therefore leaving the passenger stranded as the outward bus driver allowed them access and this was the return journey. Asked how as a group we can work to reduce barriers for Disabled passengers. |
4.2 |
RM expressed dissatisfaction that this has been raised again as this has been raised in the past so it would appear nothing has changed. |
4.3 |
SFr has suggested bus operators referring passengers to other depots if they are closer to get the mobility scooter pass. |
4.4 |
MM expressed support for referring people to local depots, There is a set of standards by each operator if this was the same across all would make it simpler. |
4.5 |
Cllr KR asked if operators could come together in York at least to be consistent on this. This will be raised in the Task and Finish group further. |
4.6 |
CYC has asked all operators to send over guidelines for this. |

AM number 10 having the split route does not encourage people to use the bus. Due to changes of route after a certain time of day. TH we will note this and bare this in mind for future route planning. |
