TH explained the milestone plan will be discussed next week and we will circulate plans and provide oversight on work as it emerges. |

Draft designs have been provided to CYC from consultants for the P&R sites, CYC will be involving EP forum in consultation more updates will be provided at next meeting. NM asked if this could be seen earlier due to tight timescales. TH expressed that DFT have advised this is a light touch update for York more detail update will be provided a year later. CYC will consult as soon as we have something deliverable. |

NM explained Webinar went well with Mayoral candidates one candidate could not attend but all the others agreed that buses need to improve in York and North Yorkshire. Look forward to working with the new mayor. |

TH explained we are unsure whether there will be two separate EP’s or if this will be merge with North Yorkshire. Will awaiting to hear about this in the future. |

ADA suggested looking at Traffic Signalling with regards to traffic flow in the city. |

NM expressed how gridlocked it can be around Wigginton Road, Haxby Road and Clarence street. |

JM explained CYC are currently in concept design phase for city centre approaches and this will be shared more widely once we understand all implications. |

NM explained that York bus forum would like to know more information on the Multi Modal hubs, Agenda item will be set for next months meeting. |

AM asked about Realtime screen at Badger hill and if this does have Audio Announcements, RH explained this does but it is Bluetooth enabled so will need to look at how to publicise that. |

AMG explained there were a discussion on the passenger charter there is an action off the back of this to meet with bus operators to discuss this further. |

NM asked if temporary stops were discussed in the ODG, TH explained this was discussed and in the 24/25 BSIP we will look into temporary stops with a lot more detail to improve this. DM asked for minutes from ODG to be altered to reflect temp stops being discussed. |

York and North Yorkshire Mayoral Election Result |

Brief update to explain a new mayor has been elected for York and North Yorkshire combined authority this is David Skaith, Labour party. |

Major Project update |

SFr has provided update on station frontage project, all feedback has been positive from bus operators and public regarding the closure. Very well managed and a lot of support from marshals. |

NMc asked if there was any support that could be provided to Stamford bridge due to bridge closure. SFr explained CYC unable to support due to not being in York boundary SF will raise with East Riding. Buses will still be serving Stamford bridge just slightly reduced. |

Update on Task and Finish group |

AMG provided update on Task and finish group; the first meeting is being held at the end of this month. Anyone who has shown interest will be provided with the option to be involved. |

GW asked if there were any update to the park and ride announcements MM explained this is being looked at but there has been a technical issue therefore still in progress. |

SL Brightsparks provided update on developing behaviour change campaign for buses in York. Meeting with CYC and Operators to look at this. Would like to attend York bus forum to discuss requirements. Looking to sign off brand concept by mid-July, August for most messaging to be released. |
