1. Approve reasons for absence

            Resolved to approve the absence of Cllr M Preston. 

2. Disclosures of Interest

            None.

3. Precept recommendation to City of York Council

            Proposed by Cllr Guilford, seconded by Cllr Carmichael and resolved with 1 vote against to request a precept of £143,200 (including Council tax grant) to the City        of York Council. 

4.  Promotional Opportunities

            Council tax precept increase.

5. To notify the Clerk of any item for future agendas

None

6. Next meeting date

            The next meeting date of the Full Council will be agreed by the Chairman and      Clerk of the Council.
