NOTICE OF MEETING
I hereby give you notice of a meeting of Clifton (Without) Parish Council to be held in the library at the Vale of York Academy, Rawcliffe Drive, York on Tuesday 14th June 2022 commencing at 7.15pm.
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend to consider and resolve the business to be transacted at the meeting as detailed in the agenda below.

(a) To receive and note the annual internal audit report for 2021/22 included at page 3 of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2021/22.
(b) To approve Section 1 - Annual Governance Statement 2021/22 for Clifton (Without) Parish Council at page 4 of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2021/22.
(c) To approve Section 2 – Accounting Statements 2021/22 for Clifton (Without) Parish Council at page 5 of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2021/22.
(d) To ensure the Accounting Statements are signed and dated by the Chairman.
(e) To officially appoint Harrowells solicitors to carry out the completion of the lease with City of York Council for the land lying South of Clifton Park Avenue at a cost of £250.00 plus VAT.
To agree the date of the next Parish Council Meeting as Tuesday 12th July 2022 in the library at Vale of York Academy, Rawcliffe Drive, York @ 7.15pm.
