NOTICE OF MEETING

I hereby give you notice of a meeting of Clifton (Without) Parish Council to be held at Clifton Alliance Cricket Club, Shipton Road, York on Tuesday 8^th February 2022 commencing at 7.15pm.

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend to consider and resolve the business to be transacted at the meeting as detailed in the agenda below.

Minutes of the meeting held on the Tuesday 18^th January 2022 to be agreed and signed by the Chairman.

6.1 To consider the following new planning applications:-

Display of 2no. non-illuminated fascia signs and 2no. internally illuminated fascia signs - retrospective.

22/00027/FUL            21 Wellesley Close, York

First floor side extension.

22/00128/FUL            24 Ilton Garth, York

Two storey extension to side and rear and single storey extension to rear.

To hear results of applications decided by City of York Council:-

21/02157/FUL            Telecommunications Mast To The South Of Unit 4, Green Lane, Industrial Estate Road York

Erection of 22.5m monopole supporting 6 no. antennas on a new headframe, and ancillary development including 15 no. ERSs, and 1 no. relocated transmission dish following removal of the existing 15m monopole and headframe supporting 6 no. antennas and ancillary development.
