NOTICE OF MEETING

I hereby give you notice of a meeting of Clifton (Without) Parish Council to be held at Clifton Alliance Cricket Club, Shipton Road, York on Tuesday 11^th January 2022 commencing at 7.15pm.

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend to consider and resolve the business to be transacted at the meeting as detailed in the agenda below.

Minutes of the meeting held on the Tuesday 14^th December 2021 to be agreed and signed by the Chairman.

a. To discuss the email received from NHS Property Services regarding the Clifton Allotments lease and the ongoing Environment Agency Works regarding the pumping station.

10. FINANCIAL MATTERS

a. To agree the quotation received from MacVenture for a replacement swing hanger bracket in the play area, at a cost of £546.00 plus VAT.

b. To decide on the level of precept for the financial year 2022/23 followed by the signing of the form for City of York Council by both the Chairman and Clerk.
