Neighbourhood Services Re-structure (please note this decision will now be taken by the Executive 13 March 2007)

The new Neighbourhood Services Directorate has been in existence since April 2006 following a restructure by the Chief Executive of the Neighbourhood Services commenced his duties at eth Council and since this time he has been assessing the structure to identify what is required to improve efficiency and general performance. This report provides details of the proposed changes that the Director would like to implement.
