Against the 20mph Speed Limit Zones
We the undersigned petition the council to cancel the proposed blanket 20mph speed limit zones.
This measure is not wanted by the majority of York residents and at a time when there are cuts in public spending the anticipated cost of £750,000 should be put to other more important needs.
