Outside body

The Bus Lane Adjudication Service Joint Committee (BLASJC) meet on an annual basis in June following the meeting of the Parking and Traffic Regulations Outside London (PATROL) Adjudication Joint Committee.

Where Councils operate Civil Enforcement of Parking and Bus Lane contraventions they are required to become members of both Joint Committees i.e. the PATROL-JC and BLASJC.

Councillor D’Agorne is the Council’s representative on these committees
