Aim:

To oversee the management of Clifton Backies nature reserve.

Meetings:

There are at least 2 meetings a year as well as a site visit.

Conditions:

The constitution of the Board requires there to be 12 members:

3 Council Officers

3 Elected Members

6 Representatives

Representatives should be a ward or community member. Subs are not permitted.

Quoracy:

There is a quoracy of 4 members. This includes two CYC Officers, one CYC Councillor and one community representative.
