Consultation took place with the Climate
Change and Natural Capital Programme Board. Relevant teams were
also consulted, including Asset Management as these teams will be
directly impacted by and involved in project delivery should this
decision be approved. Legal Services have been consulted on the
content of the Grant Funding Agreement and associated Terms and
Conditions.
Engagement with the YNYCA has been sustained throughout the project
application process.
This will also be reported through to Executive at the earliest
opportunity (Jan 26) to add to the capital programme.
The Executve Member for Housing, Planning & Safer Communities
has been consulted on this decision.
