Consultation process

Consultation has been undertaken with City of York Council Legal and Procurement regarding entering into contract with AECOM.

In consultation with Procurement, we have ensured we abided by all the Contract Procedure Rules including the below:

10.3 Where a Framework Agreement with more than one supplier provides an option for a direct call-off to one Supplier, this can only be done if all the following conditions are met:
10.3.1 The Framework Agreement’s process for doing so is followed;
10.3.2 The aggregate Contract value (including any extension) is less than £500,000;
As we have followed the correct Pagabo Framework Agreement process and the budget is significantly below the £500,000 threshold, Contract Procedure Rules have been adhered to.
