Interim Assurance Process and Scope for Brownfield & Net Zero Funding

Purpose of Report: The report will outline a proposed Interim Assurance Process which would support the required arrangements for Brownfield and Net Zero funding to be drawn-down from Government. It will also recommend a scope and set of criteria for each of these funding elements to allow bids to be assessed against them.
