Purpose of the report: To update the Street Lighting Policy and clarify the relationship with the City of York Streetscape Strategy and Guidelines following consideration of the original report at Executive Member for Transport and Planning Decision Session on 12th July and subsequent discussion at Economy and Place Policy Development Committee on 18 September.

The Executive Member is asked to consider the report and approve the updated Street Lighting Policy.
