University related parking : Report on Trial
Purpose of the report: A review of the trial
parking measures which have been introduced in the Badger Hill
area. Proposals for the extension of the current parameters of the
scheme and for amendments within this are also put forward. Two
distinct petitions, from residents in Deramore Drive and
surrounding areas and Sussex Road and surrounding areas have also
been incorporated within the scope of this report.
The Cabinet Member is asked to note the findings of the report and
approve the recommendations made. Also to agree the development of
a long term parking strategy for this and related
issues/areas.
