Designate Public Place Order

Purpose of Report: To consider the implications of simplifying the current 19 Designated Public Place Orders to one that applies to the whole city. This would assist the police with enforcement of the order and reduce the likelihood of displacement from a landscape of multiple DPPO's.


The Cabinet Member is asked to consider the options and support the recommendation.

 

This item has slipped from the March to April meeting due to an incorrect submission date.
